How do I place an order? 

All orders are placed online including local orders, at the end of your purchase you can select local delivery. 

Can I choose the pattern for defensive keychains? 

Yes of course, you will include what pattern you'll like towards the end of your purchase in the notes section, please pay attention to that but before you purchase know that if that pattern isn't available we will contact you and freestyle it for you. 

when will my order be shipped? 

Once purchased all orders are subjected up to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping then 2-3 days for shipping. 

What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchasing so please select items carefully. 

When will you get back to me about my order?

Business hours are Mon-Sat 9am-9pm, Sunday Closed. We will not contact you back before or after those times unless its a serious situation. Please respect our time.

                                   Lost/Missing Deliveries

If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us.
